Clean Oreck
XL Tabletop Air Purifier
Oreck has long been a leading name in the vacuum cleaner industry by providing quality vacuum cleaners complete with a warranty and money-back guarantee. The Oreck empire has since expanded with the introduction of the Oreck XL Tabletop Air Purifier. Available in several different models, these small machines recirculate the air in a room, removing impurities and contaminants and leaving behind only clean, fresh air. Clean the Oreck XL periodically to prevent dust and contaminants from building up within the machine.
Instructions
1. Wait for the indicator light to come on. Your Oreck XL air purifier has a sensor that will trigger the indicator light whenever the filter needs to be cleaned.
2. Slide back the cover of the air purifier and lift it off.
3. Lift out the Truman cell. The Truman cell is a series of metal slats and is the portion of the machine responsible for trapping dust and impurities in the air.
4. Mix a solution of warm water and liquid dish soap into a bowl.
5. Sit the Truman cell in your sink. Slowly pour the soap and water solution over the Truman cell, making sure that each metal slat is rinsed out.
6. Sit the Truman cell on a paper towel or dish cloth to dry. Allow it to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before replacing it in the machine.
