Once you decide to add a dishwasher to your existing kitchen, you must take steps to decide where you will locate the appliance. When considering this location, you must understand that there are specific minimum dimensions needed. Once you determine the space that is most suitable for installing the dishwasher, remove the cabinet and prepare the opening to receive the dishwasher.
Instructions
1. Remove the screws from the door hinges on the cabinet you are going to remove using a drill and screwdriver bit.
2. Locate the screws on the sides of the cabinet on the inside and remove them using the drill and screwdriver bit. You will find the screws at the top and bottom and there will possibly be some securing the cabinet to the wall at the back.
3. Remove any molding from the front of the cabinet using the claw end of a hammer. Slide the cabinet section out of the bay.
