Take away the Knockout Connect a Waste Disposer
If you're setting up a waste disposer inside a kitchen that consists of a dishwasher, you'll have to run the production pipe in the dishwasher in to the waste disposer for something to work correctly. The operation is quite simple, and could be accomplished by most home owners. One of the most difficult facets of this project is identifying create a dent within the waste disposer to operate the production line into. Fortunately, the knockout plug makes this easy.
Instructions
1. Take away the dishwasher drain hose if it's already attached to the waste disposer.
2. Press the end of the screwdriver from the fringe of the knockout plug situated along the side of the waste disposer unit.
3. Tap the finish from the screwdriver's handle before the knockout plug breaks free.
4. Use needle-nose pliers to get rid of the knockout plug from inside from the waste disposer unit to ensure that it doesn't get caught within the grinding plates.
