Bosch manufactures and sells major kitchen and laundry appliances including dishwashers. In order to register your dishwasher, maintain the appliance, complete repairs or make decisions about replacement, it is important to know the exact model and serial number, as well as the year it was manufactured. This information can also help protect you in case of a product recall or other issues.
Instructions
1. Open the dishwasher and inspect the upper right hand side of the door. Locate the serial plate on the door panel.
2. Copy the information from the serial plate, which should contain the model number, serial number and possibly the year of manufacture.
3. Confirm the production year of the dishwasher by calling Bosch Customer Care at 800-944-2904. Provide the model and serial numbers exactly as they are printed on the serial plate.
