Instructions
Drain Water Lines
1. Switch off water supply valves that enter the home, likely within the basement underneath the water meter.

3. Open a valve in the cheapest point possible in the home, likely in the hot water heater. If in the hot water heater, switch off the hot water heater gas line just before opening the valve.
