Phoning the company is one of the first steps in speaking with a Whirlpool executive.

Whether you are looking to resolve an issue that you have with the organization or need to speak with an executive for another reason, it is possible to have your needs met. Executives can often handle situations more quickly than customer service or technical support, but make sure that you are contacting them for a good reason, as most executives are very busy.
Instructions
1. Look up the Whirlpool executives on the Whirlpool website. There is a section on leadership with profiles of the members of the Whirlpool executive committee. You can click on the names to find a profile; it will list duties and responsibilities of that individual.
2. Choose an individual executive whose job description relates most closely to your needs.
3. Look up the Whirlpool phone number. The World Headquarters and North America Region phone number is listed on the bottom of its website under the heading "Contact Us."
4. Call the phone number and ask for the executive by name, stating that your issue is urgent. If you are sent to a voicemail account, leave a message stating your problem clearly. Let the executive know what actions need to be taken to resolve the problem. Be courteous and polite but also firm and assertive in your statement.
5. Ask the executive to send your concern to another individual if the problem does not fall under that particular executive heading.
6. Follow up the next day by making sure that your problem or concern has been addressed.
