15. Bend the end of the bare copper earth wire protruding from the electrical cable into a U with a pair of needle nosed pliers. Hook the U over the green hex-head screw protruding from the dishwasher chassis inside the electrical box. Tighten the screw firmly with a nut driver.

16. Twist the black wire leading from the supply cable and the black wire in the electric box together. Screw a plastic cable nut firmly onto the twisted end so that the bare wire is covered. Repeat by joining the two white wires together and securing the end with a cable nut. Tuck the wires into the electric box. Replace the lid by hooking the tabs into the mating slots and threading the hex-head screw back into its hole. Tighten the screw firmly with a nut driver.

17.Open the dishwasher and locate the retainer brackets above the door that you attached earlier. Insert the screws provided up through the holes in the brackets, and attach the brackets to the underside of the of the counter top by tightening the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Close the door carefully while watching the top to ensure that the door clears the screws.

18. Turn the dishwasher breaker switch back on. Open the hot water inlet hose shut off valve. Inspect the fitting to make sure it isn't leaking. Switch the dishwasher on and run a cleaning cycle. Inspect the underside of the machine to ensure that there are no leaks.

19. Attach the kick panel to the bottom of the dishwasher with the two screws removed earlier. Undo the two adjusting screws on either side of the panel to lower the inner adjustable panel to the floor. Tighten the adjusting screw to complete the installation.
