4. Find the right question, and try the options for rectifying the problem. For example, if you have a refrigerator with an icemaker problem, it may have come from a power outage, a clog in the line or a totally unknown reason.
5. Try each of the varied options to fix the problem. If you are unable to repair the appliance yourself, call a certified Whirlpool technician to correct the problem.
