Z racks are used to display clothing and hang clean laundry.
Department stores and industrial laundromats use z garment racks to display clothing for sale and hang clean laundry. Homeowners, choirs and marching bands can also use them because they are ideal for storing costumes and athletic uniforms. According to manufacturers, these racks are guaranteed never to bend, sag, break or tip, despite the quantity of clothing packed onto the bars. You can assemble you Z garment rack in minutes.
Instructions
1. Attach the Z base ends to the main cross bar to build the orange Z base.
2. Insert two Allen screws on the underside of the frame and screw on each end of the Z frame to hold the frame together. Use the tool provided in the package to tighten screws. When traveling with the frames of Z racks, place the screws in the frame and remove them for assembly.
3. Connect the caster stems to the gray, round bumpers.
4. Attach the caster and bumper assembly to the Z frame, ensuring that the Z-frame screws are facing the floor. Bolt the caster and bumper assembly with the washers and nuts provided with the package. If the Z rack has brakes on two wheels, put the brake wheels on opposite corners of the Z frame.
5. Place the round chrome uprights into the Z base square openings.
6. Connect the top hang bar to the tops of the uprights. For 6-feet uprights, attach the 1-foot extensions to the uprights before attaching the hang bar to the uprights. If you want a second hand rail, place the two-part brace clamps around the uprights and hang bar. Place the long run of the clamps around the uprights and attach the short run of the clamps to the hang rail. Bolt the brace clamps using the two bolts and ridged kep nuts provided with the package to each clamp.
