Problems

Things to consider include: What you intend to use the glasses for; how long you want your glasses to last; whether or not you plan to use the glasses outdoors; and if you want to wash glasses by hand.

According to the company Kano Korn, manufacturer of acrylic glassware, acrylic glassware will last three to four times longer than traditional glassware. This is because of the sturdy construction of the acrylic plastic and the break-resistant nature of acrylic glassware.
