Instructions
1. Verify that the Magic Chef microwave is plugged into a grounded electrical supply if it is not functioning. Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
2. Plug the microwave into a different electrical outlet or remove other appliances from the outlet if the clock isn't keeping the correct time.
3. Press "Stop/Clear" twice if the buttons on the control pad are not working. Select a new cooking process or time, and press "Start."
4. Open and shut the microwave door firmly if the microwave has power but will not start cooking, and the control pad does not work. If the door is ajar, the unit will not work.
5. Set food in the center of the microwave, and increase the overall cooking time if food remains frozen in the middle or is not hot enough when the time is finished. Decrease overall cooking time if food items are cooking too quickly or are too hot when the time is complete.
6. Contact an authorized service center for assistance if the above steps do not fix the problem.
